A Very Special Evening for Food & Wine Lovers!

Aurelia welcomes Owner/Winemaker Gabrielle Leonhard O’Connell of O'Connell Family Wines to host dinner featuring selections from her Gabrielle Collection and Pietro Family Cellars. Wines will be paired with four spectacular courses prepared by the culinary expertise of Chef James Balchak.

This is a unique opportunity to meet with Owner / Winemaker Gabrielle Leonhard O’Connell of O'Connell Family Wines who will share her selections from her Gabrielle Collection and Pietro Family Cellars. These wines will be paired with four food courses especially chosen to go with the appropriate wine by Executive Chef James Balchak.

1st course – Arugula soup / paired with Pietro Chardonnay

Octagon Acres arugula, house made crème fraiche

2nd course- Walleye cassoulet / paired with Pietro Sauvignon Blanc

Lake Erie walleye, Shagbark Seed & Mill beans, Miller Livestock kielbasa

3rd course- Lamb Risotto / paired with Pietro Napa Cabernet 2009

Moores Heritage Farm Lamb

4th course- dessert with Pietro Field Blend

And then the cheese course with Equilateral Cabernet

6:00 PM welcome; dinner service begins at 6:30. $75 per person including tax and gratuity.
